This policy explains what personal information Paid Once Software (operated by ) collects, why, and your choices. Short version: we collect as little as we can, our apps run in your browser, and we don't sell your data.

What stays on your device
Our apps store your settings, results and any API keys you enter in your own browser (local storage). When a tool uses AI, your browser sends your request directly to that provider (such as OpenAI or Perplexity) using your key. We don't receive your keys, prompts or results. The provider's own privacy policy applies to that data.
Cookies and ad pixels
We only load advertising and analytics tools (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics) after you accept them in our cookie banner. They may use cookies to connect your visit to ads you saw on those platforms. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy: our reseller and merchant of record, which processes payments and taxes. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy.
- Service providers we use to receive form submissions and send email, only to run those services.
- Ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), only if you accept cookies.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Form submissions: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete them. Purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom of it.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing . We'll respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. Contact us and we'll honor them.
Children
Our products are for businesses and aren't directed to anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell customers by email.
