We want you to be happy with what you bought. If you're not, you can have your money back.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

  1. Email from the address you bought with, or include your order number (it's in your receipt email).
  2. We'll process the refund through our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, usually within 3 business days.
  3. The money goes back to your original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show it.

What happens to your license

When a refund is issued, the license key for that purchase is deactivated.

Exceptions

  • Requests after 30 days are reviewed case by case.
  • Licenses revoked for breaking our Terms (for example, sharing or reselling keys) aren't refundable.
  • We can't refund fees you paid to third parties, such as OpenAI API usage.
