Terms of Service
These terms apply to the websites, apps and software sold under the name Paid Once Software (“we”, “us”), operated by . By buying or using our products you agree to them.
1. Who sells to you
Our products are sold through our online reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoicing. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms.
2. Your license
- When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it, delivered as a license key.
- “Lifetime” means for the lifetime of the product: you keep access to the version you bought plus the updates we release for it, with no renewal fee. It doesn't mean we'll maintain every product indefinitely. If we ever retire a product, we'll give at least 90 days' notice by email.
- Agencies may use a product to produce reports and results for their own clients. You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or offer the software itself to others as a service.
- Unless a product page says otherwise, one license may be activated on a small number of your own devices.
3. Bring-your-own-key tools
Some products use third-party AI services (for example OpenAI or Perplexity) through an API key that you provide. When you use these features:
- Your browser sends your requests directly to that provider using your key. We don't receive, store or pay for that usage.
- You're responsible for the provider's fees and for following its terms of use.
- Results come from third-party AI systems, which can be inaccurate, vary between runs, and change over time.
4. No guarantees of outcomes
Our tools measure, organize and automate. We don't promise any particular business result, such as more customers, rankings, recommendations by AI systems, or revenue.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use our products to break the law, send spam, contact people who haven't agreed to hear from you (including by SMS), infringe others' rights, or interfere with our services or anyone else's. We may revoke licenses used this way, without a refund.
6. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. Revoked licenses for abuse are not refundable.
7. Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its “last updated” date, applies. Material changes won't take away rights you already paid for.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of , USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
